▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Improving external anti-oxidation activity and biological flocculability of Candida albicans extracellular polysaccharide comprises (i) inoculating the Candida albicans into the liquid containing oxidized graphite to obtain culture system; and (ii) culturing the culture system on a constant temperature shaker under a fluorescent lamp, and sequentially extracting exopolysaccharide in the obtained culture solution and purifying. USE - The method is useful for improving external anti-oxidation activity and biological flocculability of Candida albicans extracellular polysaccharide. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves external anti-oxidation activity and biological flocculability of extracellular polysaccharide by adding exogenous substance oxidation graphite simple and easy operation, less pollution; is economical; and it can be applied to industrial production.
