▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Cement mortars doped with graphite and graphene nanomaterials with thermoelectric conduction, comprises (a) component A comprising aggregates of different granulometries in a proportion 10-40 wt.%, 10-60 wt.% graphite of different granulometries, 10-60 wt.% cement, 0.5-15 wt.% re-dispersible water-soluble polymers, 0.5-5 wt.% cellulose ethers, 0.5-5 wt.% formate, 0.1-2 wt.% fercoles, 0.5-3 wt.% setting accelerator additives, 0.5-3 wt.% fluidizing additives, 0.5-3 wt.% antifoam additives, and 0.1-0.5 wt.% lightening additives, and (b) component B comprises 0.5-5 wt.% carbon fibers of 1-10 mm, 0.1-10 wt.% graphene nanomaterials, 0.1-10 wt.% carbon nanotubes, 0.01-0.05 wt.% dispersing additives, and 25-50 wt.% water. USE - The mortars is useful as composite materials. ADVANTAGE - The mortars: has high performance; improve thermal and electrical conductivities, optical properties, resistance to fire and high temperatures, or mechanical properties i.e. rigidity, toughness, resistance to abrasion or fatigue; has high electrical conductivity thus allowing its industrial application in the air conditioning of building or civil works (roads, railway lines, runways, port facilities, wind farms, or desalination facilities); requires almost no maintenance; and does not contain metals, hence possible to implement systems with zero environmental impact.
