NOVELTY - Anti-corrosion coating comprises a rust conversion primer, epoxy tie paint and weather-resistant hydrophobic topcoat, where the rust conversion primer is a two-component aqueous epoxy coating containing component A and component B. The component A primer includes aqueous polymer emulsion, rust converting agent, antirust pigment, emulsion stabilizer, adhesion promoter, thickener and leveling agent and the component B primer includes aqueous amine curing agent, penetrating agent and deionized water. The epoxy tie paint is a two-component antirust polyamide cured epoxy coating containing component A and component B. The component A includes epoxy resin, micaceous iron oxide, anti-rust pigments and modification additives and the B component includes polyamide curing agent and deionized water. The weather-resistant hydrophobic topcoat is a two-component modified fluorocarbon coating containing component A and component B. USE - The anti-corrosion coating is useful for special-shaped parts of steel structures (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent hydrophobic performance, corrosion resistance, water resistance, weather resistance, high humidity, high salt mist and severe ocean atmosphere environment; and ensure the prolonged service life of the special-shaped parts of steel structures.
