NOVELTY - A multifunctional viscose fibers comprise a graphene component, and phase change microcapsule particles comprising a polymer capsule wall, and a phase change material chosen from n-tetradecane, n-pentadecane, n-hexadecane, n-heptadecane, n-octadecane, n-nonadecane, n-icosane, and polyethylene glycol 600, embedded in the polymer capsule wall. USE - Multifunctional viscose fibers used for forming multifunctional fabric (claimed) for comfortable clothing. ADVANTAGE - The multifunctional fabric formed using the multifunctional viscose fibers has improved temperature regulation function by utilizing the heat storage function of the phase change material and the heat conduction function of the graphene, antibacterial effect, and far infrared emission capability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of multifunctional viscose fibers, which involves mixing a phase change microcapsule emulsion, a graphene dispersion and a viscous collagen solution to obtain a spinning solution, passing the spinning solution through a spinneret into a coagulation bath to precipitate nascent fibers, drawing the nascent fibers, and winding the nascent fibers.
