NOVELTY - Ultra-fine glass fiber cotton-based flexible electrode material comprises 4-8 wt.% graphene-based conductive nanomaterials, and ultra-fine glass fiber cotton (balance). USE - The ultra-fine glass fiber cotton-based flexible electrode material is useful in preparing electrode, and building different functional components e.g. super capacitors, sensors, actuators and transistors for energy harvesting and storage, sensing, medical and other fields (claimed), and also used in flexible large-area energy storage device. ADVANTAGE - The electrode material has low cost, light weight and high specific capacitance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing ultra-fine glass fiber cotton-based flexible electrode material, comprising (i) dissolving the carbon source in ultrapure water, configuring the graphene-based precursor solution in liquid A, and configuring the precursor solution of other conductive materials in liquid B, (ii) selecting ultra-fine glass fiber wool, modifying the glass fiber surface by modifying solution C, cleaning and drying, (iii) adding dried glass fiber into the liquid A to in situ growing of the graphene seed layer, and (iv) adding glass fiber loaded with the graphene seed layer into solution B, processing in-situ growing other conductive nano material, and drying to obtain ultra-fine glass fiber cotton-based flexible electrode material.
