▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor (105) has a graphene electrode (184) which is adjacent with a channel for confining a target particle (102) in a liquid. A surface probe (101) is attached to a surface of the graphene electrode, and has a selective reaction with the target particle. A voltage source (186) is electrically connected to the graphene electrode and configured to apply a voltage to the graphene electrode to cause DEP trapping of the target particle at the graphene electrode. The surface probe and target particle are complimentary pairs selected from the group of molecules, proteins, aptamers, antibodies, lipids, vesicles, cell-derived particles, functionalized nanparticles and whole cells. USE - DEP sensor used for people with high risk for complications such as young children, older adults and people with weakened immune systems. ADVANTAGE - Provides excellent sensitivity to adsorbed biomolecules, and provides selectively to chemically-active targets. Improves adhesion between the metal and the insulating layer or the graphene, and improves the quality of electrical contact to the graphene electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a readout method for a DEP sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the schematic diagram of the sensor with the attached probe on the graphene surface, in a solution containing the target.
