NOVELTY - A graphene-copper modified composite material pantograph slide plate preparing method involves adding a saltpetre acid and an ethyl alcohol solution in a carbon fiber. The carbon fiber is soaked in distilled water. The carbon fibre is placed in a vacuum drying box for drying purpose. The carbon fiber is placed in a gas phase depositing furnace. A coal asphalt dipping-carbonizing process is carried for a coal composite material. A copper modified coal composite material drawing process is performed to obtain graphene modified coal composite material pantograph slide plate. USE - Method for preparing graphene-copper modified cola composite material pantograph slide plate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing slide plate with improved electrical conductivity on substrate surface, and reduced resistance rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-copper modified composite material pantograph slide plate preparing method involves adding a saltpetre acid and an ethyl alcohol solution in a carbon fibre. The carbon fiber is soaked in a distilled water for 5 hours. The carbon fibre is placed in a vacuum drying box for drying purpose. The carbon fibre is soaked in a 0.05-0.5mg/mL of a graphene solution for 36 hours. A graphene carbon fiber is prepared by soaking in a 0.10-0.50M copper ammonia complex solution. The carbon fiber is placed in a gas phase depositing furnace. A coal asphalt dipping-carbonizing process is carried for a coal composite material. A copper modified coal composite material drawing process is performed to obtain graphene modified coal composite material pantograph slide plate.
