NOVELTY - Composite rubber comprises 30-45 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 7-15 pts. wt. toluene diisocynate, 3-8 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 10-15 pts. wt. absolute ethyl alcohol, 2-5 pts. wt. wear-resisting agent, 3-5 pts. wt. accelerator, 1-2 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 3-5 pts. wt. glass fiber, 4-7 pts. wt. graphene nano sheet and 1-5 pts. wt. foaming agent. USE - The composite rubber is useful for solid tire (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber is resistant to wear and heat. The method solves the problem of local high temperature caused by the surface temperature in summer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite rubber comprising (i) adding the nano silicon dioxide into the absolute ethyl alcohol, and ultrasonically reacting for 10-15 minutes to obtain sol; (ii) adding toluene diisocynate into glycol, mechanically stirring to mix uniformly, and then slowly adding silica sol, sealing and reacting for 2-4 hours to obtain modified polyurethane mixed liquid; (iii) adding the accelerant and the foaming agent into modified polyurethane mixed liquid, then slowly adding glass fiber, wear-resisting agent and graphene nano sheet and uniformly stirring; (iv) subjecting the reaction liquid for gradient and ultrasonically reacting for 2-4 hours, then naturally cooling to room temperature; and (v) vacummizing the reaction liquid, distilling for 3-5 hours and drying.
