▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing gold-graphene composite coating on copper surface comprises adding graphene oxide dispersion with a concentration of 1-8 g/l into aqueous solution containing gold salt and complexing agent, mixing well, adjusting the pH value to 12.5-14 to obtain composite plating solution; then directly immersing the metal couple in the composite plating solution at 20-40 degrees C for 12-55 minutes, cleaning, blow drying to obtain gold-graphene composite coating on the copper surface; the component content of composite plating solution is: 2-10 g/l gold salt, 35-135 g/l coordinating agent and 0.5-4 g/l graphene oxide. USE - The method is useful for preparing gold-graphene composite coating on copper surface. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; has low cost, no reducing agent and external power supply. The coating: significantly improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of gold coating without reducing the conductivity of gold coating.
