▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene resin-based composite material involves mixing mesophase carbon microspheres with potassium hydroxide (KOH) at room temperature, adding deionized water and alcohol and stirring. After being placed in oven, mixture is obtained after drying. Put mixture into tube furnace, pass in protective gas, raise temperature to 1000 degrees C, and naturally cool after 0.5-1 hours. Immerse product with dilute hydrochloric acid at room temperature, and wash with deionized water to pH value of 7 to obtain highly dispersed graphene particles. Mechanically stir and mix graphene particles with resin and acetone, dry and evaporate acetone to obtain graphene-resin mixed slurry. Mix curing agent into graphene-resin mixed slurry and stir, and evacuate during stirring to obtain curing agent-resin-graphene mixed slurry. Pour curing agent-resin-graphene mixed slurry into mold, put into oven, and cure at 50-80 degrees C and 130-160 degrees C for 12-24 hours and 4-12 hours, respectively, to obtain required product. USE - Method enables to prepare graphene resin-based composite material that is used in the preparation of wear-resistant devices such as braking and sealing (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare highly dispersed graphene resin-based composite material that does not require modification treatment or solvent dispersion. The preparation process is simple, the cost-effective, and produce product in batches, which is conducive to large-scale preparation of large-sized graphene filling resin-based composite materials. Friction and wear experiments show that the composite material has obvious abrasion resistance compared to pure resin, and the friction coefficient is not significantly reduced, which is conducive to the use of materials such as braking and sealing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of graphene resin-based composite material in the preparation of wear-resistant devices.
