NOVELTY - Rare earth based infrared heating warming fabric comprises heating layer and heat transfer and heat preservation layer, where the heating layer is woven from rare earth-based infrared heating yarn, and obtaining rare earth-based infrared heating yarn by impregnating the yarn with a rare earth-based infrared heating dipping solution, weaving heat transfer and heat preservation layer from rare earth-based heat transfer yarn, obtaining the rare earth-based heat transfer yarn by impregnating the yarn with a rare earth-based high heat transfer dipping solution, where the rare earth-based infrared heating dipping solution contains 0.1-30 wt.% rare earth-based infrared heating slurry, the rare earth-based infrared heating slurry includes 10-30 pts. wt. near-infrared absorption powder, 45-99 pts. wt. dispersion medium A, and 1-15 pts. wt. dispersant A. USE - The fabric is useful in field of clothing and home textile (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fabric has a simple structure, significantly reduces the manufacturing cost of traditional heat-generating original warm clothes, and is convenient for cleaning. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Rare earth based infrared heating warm fabric comprises heating layer and heat transfer and heat preservation layer, where the heating layer is woven from rare earth-based infrared heating yarn, and obtaining rare earth-based infrared heating yarn by impregnating the yarn with a rare earth-based infrared heating dipping solution, weaving heat transfer and heat preservation layer from rare earth-based heat transfer yarn, obtaining the rare earth-based heat transfer yarn by impregnating the yarn with a rare earth-based high heat transfer dipping solution, where the rare earth-based infrared heating dipping solution contains 0.1-30 wt.% rare earth-based infrared heating slurry, the rare earth-based infrared heating slurry includes 10-30 pts. wt. near-infrared absorption powder, 45-99 pts. wt. dispersion medium A, and 1-15pts. wt. dispersant A, and the near-infrared absorption powder includes 16- 60 pts. wt. rare earth hexaboride and 40-84 pts. wt. cesium tungsten bronze, the rare earth hexaboride includes 5-20 pts. wt. lanthanum hexaboride, 5-10 pts. wt. YxLa1-xB6, where x is 0.1-0.9, the rare earth-based high heat transfer dipping solution contains 0.1-60 wt.% rare earth-based high heat transfer slurry, the rare earth-based high heat transfer slurry includes 30-60 pts. wt. heat transfer powder, 45-99 pts. wt. dispersion medium B, and 10-25 pts. wt. dispersant B, and the heat transfer powder includes 1-15 pts. wt. yttrium zirconium oxide, 10-30 pts. wt. lanthanum cerium oxide, 10-30 pts. wt. lanthanum samarium oxide, 20-40 pts. wt. silicon carbide, and 20-40 pts. wt. carbon black composite graphene. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing rare earth-based infrared heating warming fabric, comprising (i) mixing 0.1-30 wt.% rare earth-based infrared heating material slurry with 1-10 wt.% adhesive and 1-5 wt.% softening agent in a high-speed disperser and injecting into the dipping tank, (ii) soaping the yarn in a water bath at 35-45degrees Celsius for 5-12 minutes, dehydrating and drying at 80-85degrees Celsius for 3-7 minutes, (iii) cleaning, and introducing into the dipping tank for dipping, with pH 7.5-8.5, at 65-75degrees Celsius for 5-7 minutes, where rolling rate is 75-85%, (iv) carrying out secondary dipping at 95-99degrees Celsius for 1-3 minutes, where the residual rate is 65-75%, and drying at 90-120degrees Celsius for 55-75 seconds, and (v) introducing into 3-7% polyester solution pool of 35-55degrees Celsius, soaking for 45-65 seconds, and drying at 80-85degrees Celsius for 3-7 minutes to obtain rare earth-based infrared heating yarn; (a) mixing 0.1-60 wt.% rare earth high heat transfer slurry with 1-10 wt.% adhesive and 1-5 wt.% softening agent in a high-speed disperser and injecting into the dipping tank, (b) soaping the yarn in a water bath at 35-45degrees Celsius for 5-12 minutes, dehydrating and drying at 80-85degrees Celsius for 3-7 minutes, (c) cleaning, and introducing into the dipping tank for dipping, with pH 7.5-8.5, at 65-75degrees Celsius for 5-7 minutes, where rolling rate is 75-85%, (d) carrying out secondary dipping at 95-99degrees Celsius for 1-3 minutes, where the residual rate is 65-75%, and drying at 90-120degrees Celsius for 55-75 seconds, and (e) introducing into 3-7% polyester solution pool of 35-55degrees Celsius, soaking for 45-65 seconds, and drying at 80-85degrees Celsius for 3-7 minutes to obtain rare earth-based heat transfer yarn.
