▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The device has a periodic hole arrangement provided with a disk of concentric graphene and connected with bridges (104). The disk is operated in hertz range, which reaches a region of frequencies not exploited by photonic devices and plasmids current. A cell is provided with a graphene plate (102), which is inserted into a disk (103) through a circular hole. The disk and the graphene plate are connected with the bridges. A central disk (105) is formed with an aperture and positioned on sides of a dielectric substrate. USE - Multi-functional planar device for use as a electromagnetic filter and an electromagnetic switch (all claimed), of an electromagnetic system and a digital communication system. ADVANTAGE - The device realizes dynamic control of a transparency window filter by changing chemical potential of grapheme, increases value of the chemical potential of the grapheme and improves high frequency transmission when parameter value is decreased.
