NOVELTY - Anti-static trench cover plate, comprises 25-30 wt.% polyurea grease, 28-36 wt.% filler, 0.5-2 wt.% conductive filler, 6-20 wt.% curing agent, 16-24 wt.% polyether ether ketone, 2-5 wt.% fiber mesh, 0.3-1 wt.% plasticizer and 0.5-3 wt.% other additives. The filler comprises carbon black, talc powder and/or mica powder. The conductive filler comprises metal powder, graphene, and/or silicon dioxide powder. The curing agent is aliphatic polyisocyanate. The other additive comprises defoamers, coupling agents and/or dispersants. USE - The anti-static trench cover plate is useful in aerospace process. ADVANTAGE - The cover plate: is not easy to deform; has high strength; can meet the excellent resistance value and achieve the use effect.
