NOVELTY - Biodegradable polyester composite comprises matrix resin and nanomaterial dispersed in the matrix resin. The nanomaterial is a molten dispersion of anhydrosugar alcohol dispersed and anhydrosugar alcohol-polyester resin which is a polymerization reaction product of a diol component containing an alkylene glycol and a dicarboxyl component. The melt dispersion of the anhydrosugar alcohol is obtained by introducing the nanomaterial into anhydrosugar alcohol in an aqueous dispersion state. USE - The biodegradable polyester composite is useful for molded article (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biodegradable polyester composite exhibits remarkably improved mechanical properties including tensile strength, tensile modulus, elongation, and has uniform physical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing a biodegradable polyester composite, comprising polymerizing a diol component and a dicarboxyl component containing a molten dispersion of anhydrosugar alcohol and anhydrosugar alcohol-alkylene glycol in which nanomaterial is dispersed, where melt dispersion of the anhydrosugar alcohol is obtained by introducing the nanomaterial into the anhydrosugar alcohol in an aqueous dispersion state.
