▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide reinforced titanium-based composite material comprises metal titanium and graphene oxide, where mass ratio of graphene oxide to titanium powder is 0.01-0.05:1. USE - Used as graphene oxide reinforced titanium-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material improves agglomeration problem of the reinforcement in the matrix and increases percentage content of the reinforcement in the matrix by maximally improving the mechanical properties of the matrix. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene oxide reinforced titanium-based composite material, comprising (i) preparing graphene oxide solution by improved Hummers method, and diluting with anhydrous ethanol to obtain a diluted graphene oxide solution, (i) mixing the graphene oxide and the titanium powder contained in the diluted solution in a mass ratio of 0.01-0.05:1 using an ultrasonic stirrer, an ultrasonically dispersing such that two phases are uniformly distributed to obtain a mixed solution of graphene oxide and titanium powder, (iii) placing the mixed solution of graphene oxide and titanium powder in a water bath and stirring until substantially dry, and then drying in a vacuum oven to obtain a powder composite powder in which graphene oxide and titanium powder are mixed and (iv) placing the composite powder into the hot-pressing sintering furnace mold, heat preserving and pressure sintering in an argon atmosphere, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain graphene oxide reinforced titanium-based composite material.
