NOVELTY - A thermosetting resin composition comprises a thermosetting resin matrix, graphene nanosheets and one-dimensional linear thermal conductive bridging filler. USE - Thermosetting resin composition. ADVANTAGE - The thermosetting resin composition has excellent processing performance, thermal conductivity, heat resistance and mechanical property, and is prepared with three-dimensional heat-conductive mesh-like linear structure, by safe and simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of thermosetting resin composition, which involves adding thermosetting resin matrix and a reactive diluent to a sand mill, grinding, adding powdered graphite to the ground mixture, grinding, obtaining a mixture containing graphene nanosheets, adding one-dimensional linear thermally conductive bridging filler to the mixture in the sand mill, and curing obtained mixture having a three-dimensional thermally conductive mesh chain structure.
