DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of thermosetting resin composition, which involves adding thermosetting resin matrix and a reactive diluent to a sand mill, grinding, adding powdered graphite to the ground mixture, grinding, obtaining a mixture containing graphene nanosheets, adding one-dimensional linear thermally conductive bridging filler to the mixture in the sand mill, and curing obtained mixture having a three-dimensional thermally conductive mesh chain structure.
