DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for producing the nickel oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite film, which involves uniformly mixing nonionic water-soluble polymer, graphene oxide and solvent, adding the mixture to the nickel salt precursor, stirring to obtain a nickel precursor solution, adding the aqueous ammonia to the nickel precursor solution to obtain a nickel sol, coating the nickel sol on the substrate and drying to obtain nickel oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite film.
