NOVELTY - A nickel oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite film with cladding structure comprises a substrate and a nickel oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite film layer coated on the substrate. In the nickel oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite film layer, the metal nickel surface is uniformly coated with a nickel oxide layer attached to a graphene layer. USE - Nickel oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite film with cladding structure (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nickel oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite film with cladding structure has high conductivity and specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for producing the nickel oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite film, which involves uniformly mixing nonionic water-soluble polymer, graphene oxide and solvent, adding the mixture to the nickel salt precursor, stirring to obtain a nickel precursor solution, adding the aqueous ammonia to the nickel precursor solution to obtain a nickel sol, coating the nickel sol on the substrate and drying to obtain nickel oxide/reduced graphene oxide composite film.
