NOVELTY - A preset amount of surfactant is added to a solution containing nickel salt, trisodium citrate and organic sulfur source, and surface modification of nickel sulfide is carried out to obtain solution (A). Graphene oxide is ultrasonically dispersed in mixture of deionized water and ethanol, to obtain solution (B). Obtained solution is mixed with solution (A), and hydrazine hydrate is added and stirred. The obtained mixture is centrifugally separated, washed with deionized water and ethanol, and dried to obtain nano-nickel sulfide/graphene powder. USE - Preparation of nano-nickel sulfide/graphene powder used as cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides nano-nickel sulfide/graphene powder having high stability and electrochemical property, with high productivity, by simple method under mild reaction condition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A preset amount of nickel salt and trisodium citrate are dissolved in preset amount of solvent and stirred uniformly to obtain clear solution. A specific amount of organic sulfur source is added to the obtained solution, completely dissolved by stirring constantly, and aqueous ammonia is dripped, stirred constantly, and the pH of the resultant solution is adjusted to 8-13. The concentration of the nickel salt is 5x 10-4-2x 10-2 mol/L. The concentration of trisodium citrate is 1x 10-3-4x 10-2 mol/L. The concentration of sulfur source is 2x 10-4-1x 10-2 mol/L. The resultant solution is poured into a TEFLON (RTM: polytetrafluoroethylene) hot-water tank, and reacted for 12-48 hours. The obtained product is centrifuged, washed with water and ethanol repeatedly, and the obtained powder is dispersed in a mixture of deionized water and ethanol. A preset amount of surfactant is added to the obtained product, and surface modification of nickel sulfide is carried out to obtain solution (A). Graphene oxide is ultrasonically dispersed in mixture of deionized water and ethanol, to obtain solution (B). The obtained solution is mixed with solution (A), and preset amount of hydrazine hydrate is added and stirred for 1-3 hours. The obtained mixture is centrifugally separated, washed with deionized water and ethanol, and dried in a thermostatic oven under inert gas atmosphere by heating for 1-3 hours, to obtain nano-nickel sulfide/graphene powder.
