NOVELTY - The structure comprises a flexible element (100), which includes a contact unit (110) that measures a signal generated in the brain or transmits an external stimulus to the brain in contact with the surface of the cerebral cortex. A transceiver (130) is located between the skull and the skin. A connection unit (120) is provided for connecting the contact unit and the transceiver device. An integrated circuit is connected to the transceiver to transmit and receive signals. The flexible element forms a lower support substrate, a graphene electrode layer and a wiring layer on the lower support substrate. A portion of the graphene electrode layer and a portion of the wiring layer are adjacently connected. USE - Syringe-injection-type brain signal measurement and stimulation structure. ADVANTAGE - Syringe-injection-type brain signal measurement and stimulation structure has excellent flexibility and mechanical properties.
