NOVELTY - A two-dimensional (2D) nano-graphene zinc primer comprises 15-40 wt.% epoxy resin, 5-8 wt.% xylene, 1-3 wt.% isobutyraldehyde, 0.3-1 wt.% polyamide wax, 22.3-27.5 wt.% pigment filler, 0.1-0.5 wt.% silicone polymer, 10-30 wt.% two-dimensional nano-graphene, 30-75 wt.% zinc powder, and 5-20 wt.% curing agent. USE - Two-dimensional nano-graphene zinc primer. ADVANTAGE - The 2D nano-graphene zinc primer has excellent anti-corrosive performance, shielding performance, and storage characteristics, is capable of uniformly dispersing transaction during the production process, and undergoes salt spray test which is improved by 2-4 times than the existing one-dimensional powdered graphene zinc primer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of 2D nano-graphene zinc primer, which involves sequentially adding epoxy resin, xylene, isobutyraldehyde and polyamide wax to a reactor, stirring at a rate of 1800 rpm for 0.2-0.3 hour until the mixed solution is completely diluted and dissolved, adding pigments and fillers, silicone polymer, two-dimensional nano-graphene, and zinc powder into the mixed solution, dispersing at a rate of 1500 rpm, maintaining at 55-60 degrees C for 15 minutes, adding curing agent into the mixed solution, dispersing for 5-10 minutes, and separating.
