NOVELTY - A thermosetting epoxy resin carbon fiber composite material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin/polybutadiene rubber polymer, 40-60 pts. wt. mixed-type epoxy resin, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene-methyl methacrylate/methyl methacrylate (SBM/MAM) copolymer, 4-8 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. dispersant, 1-5 pts. wt. attapulgite, 1-5 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. wetting agent, 5-12 pts. wt. dicyandiamide, 1-5 pts. wt. co-accelerant and 0.5-1.0 pt. wt. coupling agent. USE - Thermosetting epoxy resin carbon fiber composite material used for aviation spaceflight, war industry, rail transport, water transport, traffic vehicle and sports equipment. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high cutting strength and tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of thermosetting epoxy resin carbon fiber composite material comprising charging nitrogen to reaction container, adding epoxy resin/polybutadiene rubber polymer, mixed-type epoxy resin, graphene, SBM/MAM copolymer, toughening agent and dispersant, heating to 60-100 degrees C, reacting, stirring for 10-60 minutes, adding attapulgite and thixotropic agent, stirring at 60-100 degrees C for 20-60 minutes, cooling to 20-30 degrees C, adding wetting agent, dicyandiamide, co-accelerant and coupling agent, and stirring for 10-30 minutes.
