NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-reinforced carbon fiber composite material involves pre-treating carbon fibers, carrying out amination of graphene oxide to obtain amino-modified graphene oxide, adding amino-modified graphene oxide and graphene fluoride to dimethylformamide, ultrasonically processing for 3-4 hours, obtaining uniformly dispersed graphene mixture, adding the pretreated carbon fiber, stirring, adding polyether ether ketone and coupling agent, ultrasonically dispersing at 70-80 degrees C for 1-2 hours, evenly dispersing, adding polyacrylamide and polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride, mixing for 1-2 hours, adding to a twin-screw extruder, melt-extruding, granulating, and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene-reinforced carbon fiber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-reinforced carbon fiber composite material having excellent mechanical properties, interlaminar shear strength, crack resistance, wear resistance and thermal conductivity.
