NOVELTY - Preparing lubricating oil comprises (a) providing base oil and additive, dispersing additive including glycerol solvent and nano-grade boron nitride powder in the glycerol solvent to form a homogeneous mixture, where the mass ratio of the boron nitride to the glycerol is 5-20:1 and (b) uniformly mixing the additive and the base oil to form a lubricating oil. USE - The lubricating oil is useful in novel energy vehicle (claimed), preferably energy vehicle engines, speed reducer and differential mechanism. ADVANTAGE - The method enables boron nitride with sheet-shaped graphene structure and is an excellent lubricating oil additive and has rich film-forming effect of boron nitride, so it is often necessary to modify boron nitride to optimize its performance. The lubricating oil has good specific surface, good anti-friction and anti-wear effect; reduces the friction between engine, gears, bearings and other mechanical parts and prolongs the service life of the machine.
