NOVELTY - Automotive damping rubber shock absorbing material comprises 20-30 pts. wt. polyurethane rubber, 20-25 pts. wt. epoxidized butyl rubber, 20-25 pts. wt. graphene-polyvinyl chloride composition material, 4-7 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 2-5 pts. wt. flexibilizer, 2-4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. damping agent, 3-9 pts. wt. polyvinyl silicone oil, 3-6 pts. wt. maleic anhydride compatibilizer, 3-7 pts. wt. paraffin, 5-8 pts. wt. microcrystalline cellulose, 2-5 pts. wt. acetylene carbon black, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 2-5 pts. wt. accelerator, 2-4 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 1-2 pts. wt. flame retardant, 3-7 pts. wt. olefin-based elastomer, 3-6 pts. wt. long carbon fiber, and 3-5 pts. wt. short carbon fiber. USE - Used as automotive damping rubber shock absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The shock absorbing material: has excellent toughness, high strength, excellent anti-aging performance and flame retardancy, and light weight; and meets the mechanical properties, elasticity and kinetic energy absorption requirements.
