▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing oriented graphene nano-belt array involves: a) depositing nano metal catalyst particles on the polished surface of the substrate, b) orientation arrangement of the carbon nanotube on the surface of the substrate, c) depositing a hydrogen and metal thin film on the surface of the substrate, and d) processing the surface of the substrate with acid solution, then cutting the carbon nano-tube along the axial direction to form graphite nano-belt array. USE - For producing oriented graphene nano-belt array (claimed) used in the spin electronics and sensor. ADVANTAGE - The present method is simple and easy to implementation; and provides graphene nano-belt array having high directivity, high density, high electron mobility and good electric conductivity.
