▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A thermally conductive adhesive composition comprises an adhesive resin and graphene having a two-dimensional structure. USE - Thermally conductive adhesive composition used to manufacture adhesive sheet (all claimed) used in electronic devices e.g. thermoelectric conversion devices, photoelectric conversion devices, and large-scale integrated circuits. ADVANTAGE - The thermally conductive adhesive composition has excellent heat conductivity and adhesiveness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) adhesive sheet (1), which comprises at least an adhesive layer (11) containing the thermally conductive adhesive composition; and (2) manufacture of an adhesive sheet, which involves preparing a coating liquid of the thermally conductive adhesive composition, and forming the adhesive layer by applying a coating liquid and drying. The preparation of coating liquid involves blending a mixture containing 0.5-50 parts mass adhesive resin with respect to 100 parts mass graphene, graphene having a two-dimensional structure, and a solvent to a dispersion treatment and adding the remainder of the adhesive resin to the preliminary mixture and dispersing.
