▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nano-graphene oxide-modified cotton fiber is obtained by mixing 20 g 50 mesh graphite powder, 10 g potassium persulfate and 10 g phosphorus pentoxide, then adding 10 g concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring at 80 degrees C, drying, then adding 30 mL concentrated sulfuric acid and 60 g potassium permanganate, adding 920 mL deionized water, reacting for 10-20 minutes, then adding 2.8 L deionized water, providing obtained 1-4 g graphite oxide and 4-1 g crosslinking agent into reactor, adding 95 mL deionized water, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 2-4 hours. USE - Nano-graphene oxide-modified cotton fiber is used for preparing antibacterial product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-graphene oxide-modified cotton fiber has excellent permeability and antibacterial property, and is economically manufactured by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A nano-graphene oxide-modified cotton fiber is obtained by mixing 20 g 50 mesh graphite powder, 10 g potassium persulfate and 10 g phosphorus pentoxide, then adding 10 g concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring at 80 degrees C, cooling the resultant product for 6-12 hours, washing the resultant product until neutral, drying, then adding 30 mL concentrated sulfuric acid, 60 g potassium permanganate, heating at 30-40 degrees C for 2-3 hours, slowly adding 920 mL deionized water, reacting for 10-20 minutes, then adding 2.8 L deionized water containing 50 mL of 30% concentrated hydrogen peroxide, washing, filtering and drying to obtain graphite oxide, providing obtained 1-4 g graphite oxide and 4-1 g crosslinking agent into reactor, adding 95 mL deionized water, and carrying out ultrasonic tratment for 2-4 hours to obtain homogeneous solution of graphene oxide dispersion. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of antibacterial product.
