NOVELTY - The electrode has a glassy carbon electrode whose surface is coated with an anti-reduction graphene-gold nano composite material layer, a terramycin antibody layer and a bovine albumin close germ layer, where anti-reduction graphene-gold nano composite material layer thickness is 105nm, terramycin antibody layer thickness is 1 micron and bovine albumin close germ layer thickness is 495-505nm. USE - Terramycin detecting electrochemical aptamer electrode. ADVANTAGE - The electrode is simple in structure, and ensures stable performance and better repeating character for detecting through a biological sensor and improves safety.
