NOVELTY - The material comprises organic cracking carbon provided with silicon oxide particles. Silicon oxide is coated on a surface of a graphene sheet that is provided with graphite. The silicon oxide particles are provided with graphite alkene. USE - Silicon oxide/carbon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material ensures high power charging and discharging performance, and is inexpensive. The material has high working efficiency and volume expansion effect.
