NOVELTY - Preparation of sandwich structure graphene/cobalt tetrasulfide alloyed nickel electrode material comprises using graphite foil as carbon electrode anode and platinum wire as cathode for electrochemical exfoliation of graphite to obtain exfoliated graphene; dissolving the exfoliated graphene in deionized water, sonicating, and centrifuging to form a graphene centrifuge; suction filtering; mixing nickel(II) chloride hexahydrate, cobalt (II) chloride hexahydrate, and urea, carry out ultrasonic treatment, hydrothermal treating, using deionized water for the hydrothermal product, vacuum filtering, and drying; mixing with thiourea and water, ultrasonically treating, hydrothermal reacting, and vacuum filtering with deionized water; dissolving the magnetic particles in deionized water, mixing, pouring onto the film in third step, and filtering; and pouring the graphene centrifugate, filtering, and drying. USE - The method is used for preparing sandwich structure graphene/cobalt tetrasulfide alloyed nickel electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The sandwich structure electrode material promotes the transmission of ions and electrons, provides portion of pseudo-capacitor, and has improved electrochemical performance.
