▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene quantum dots (GQD) based poly(acrylic acid-co-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) (poly(AAc-co-DMAEMA)) hydrogel matrix comprises synthetic monomers producing fluorescent hydrogel nanocomposites for site specific sustained drug release where the targeted, sustained and controlled release of therapeutic agents is synthesized by (a) synthesizing poly(AAc-co-DMAEMA)-GQD (PAD-GQD) hydrogel nanocomposites by aqueous free-radical polymerization using AAc, DMAEMA, GQDs, sodium metabisulfite (SPS) and tetramethylethylenediamine (TEMED), (b) using GQDs water dispersion with various concentrations of 0.05-0.3 wt.%, (c) preparing each hydrogel by first mixing AAc and DMAEMA at 0 degrees C in a two-necked round bottom flask for 5 minutes, (d) adding GQDs aqueous solution, concentrated aqueous solution of 0.025 mol.% SPS and 0.3 mol.% TEMED to the monomer mixture at constant nitrogen purging for 10 minutes, and (e) sonicating reaction mixture for 2 minutes. USE - A graphene quantum dots (GQD) based poly(acrylic acid-co-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) (poly(AAc-co-DMAEMA)) hydrogel matrix. ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposites provides encapsulation of any drug irrespective of its surface charge and composition without damage, loss of activity or degradation of active agent.
