▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene laminate film comprises a graphene laminate layer deposited or compressed on a polyethylene terephthalate substrate. The graphene laminate layer includes an overlapping of single layer, bilayer and multilayer graphene flakes. The polyethylene terephthalate substrate is made of a plastic material. The graphene laminate layer has a thermal conductivity of 0.15-0.24 W/mK at room temperature, thickness of 8-44 mu m determined by a cross-sectional scanning electron microscopy, mass density of 1-1.9 g/cm3, and electrical resistance of 1.8-6.1 Omega /interval. USE - Graphene laminate film is used for packaging or housing electronic and optoelectronics components. ADVANTAGE - The graphene laminate film has excellent thermal conductivity and heat conduction property of plastics.
