▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A method for preparing graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material comprises preheating graphite nanosheet into melted aluminum metal, filling protective gas the vacuum gas pressure infiltration furnace, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain high dense graphite nanosheet reinforced aluminum-based composite material cast ingot; and processing or rolling processing, and homogenizing processing. The cold pressing comprises carrying out pressing speed at 0.1-30 mm/minute, keeping for 5-20 minutes and obtaining aluminum metal impregnated graphite nanosheet preform. USE - Method for preparing graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The prepared composite material has excellent elastic modulus of more than 90 GPa, tensile strength of more than 400 MPa, and thermal conductivity exceeding 230 W/W/(m K).
