NOVELTY - The graphene-filled cable conductor has a monofilament conductor (1), and several monofilament conductors are stranded to form a conductor. A gap is formed between the adjacent monofilament conductors. The conductor in the main portion is wrapped with a semi-conductive nylon belt (3) in the gap filled with graphene. The monofilament conductor is a copper monofilament. The outer circumferential surface of the monofilament conductor is a roughened surface. USE - Graphene-filled cable conductor. ADVANTAGE - The contact resistance of the monofilament is reduced. The conductivity of the graphene-filled cable conductor is improved. The conductor resistance requirements can save the conductor material. A graphene-filled cable guide can greatly improve its electrical performance and load-carrying capacity for the cross-section conductor.
