NOVELTY - Preparing conductive asphalt comprises e.g. (i) adding graphene oxide into reducing agent and co-solvent to form brown transparent solution, adding asphalt, carrying out ultrasonic separation and dispersion of asphalt and graphene oxide to obtain uniform black solution, adding black solution into glass electrolysis cell having working electrode, then placing a counter electrode and a reference electrode in a glass electrolytic cell, applying reduction current, vacuum distilling obtained liquid product to obtain graphene conductive asphalt masterbatch, and then melting. USE - The method is useful in preparing conductive asphalt (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive asphalt has simple preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing conductive asphalt comprises (i) adding graphene oxide into reducing agent and co-solvent to form brown transparent solution, adding asphalt, carrying out ultrasonic separation and dispersion of asphalt and graphene oxide to obtain uniform black solution, adding black solution into glass electrolysis cell having working electrode, then placing a counter electrode and a reference electrode in a glass electrolytic cell, applying reduction current using potentiostatic pair in stirred state to reduce graphene oxide, vacuum distilling obtained liquid product at 60-180 degrees C for 6-12 hours, recovering solvent and co-solvent to obtain graphene conductive asphalt masterbatch, where reducing agent is sodium perchlorate, lithium perchlorate, tetra-n-butylammonium iodide, lithium chloride, and/or sodium nitrate, co-solvent is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, dodecyldimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride, dodecyldimethylbenzyl ammonium bromide, and/or sodium cholate, solvent is ethylene glycol, isopropanol, tetrahydrofuran, dimethyl sulfoxide, N,N-dimethyl formamide, and/or N-methyl pyrrolidone, (ii) melting matrix asphalt of graphite conductive asphalt masterbatch at 100-180 degrees C for 30-120 minute, shearing using high speed shearing machine to obtain graphene conductive asphalt master batch uniformly dispersed in matrix asphalt to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for conductive asphalt obtained by above method.
