NOVELTY - Thermally conductive gasket comprises composite heat conducting layer. The composite heat conducting layer includes heat conducting double-faced adhesive tape (11) and a graphite sheet (12). The number of composite heat conducting layer is more than two layers, and the adjacent two layers of composite heat conducting layer through the heat conducting double-faced adhesive tape bonding the heat-conducting double faced adhesive tape is non-base material heat conducting adhesive tape, which comprises heat conducting glue. The heat-conducting glue is prepared by cross-linking the rubber copolymer modified by side chain carboxy function and high heat-conducting nanometre powder. In the heat-conducting glue, the high heat-conducting nano-powder and the side chain of the rubber copolymer cross-linked, and heat conducting glue to form a porous cross-linked net shaped structure. The porous cross-linked net structure can form interfacial adhesion under atmospheric pressure. USE - Used as thermally conductive gasket. ADVANTAGE - The gasket: has simple structure, thin overall thickness, and excellent use reliability; can be used repeatedly, and has excellent heat dissipation function in both vertical and horizontal directions.
