NOVELTY - The micro-strip array antenna has a metal ground plate (6) that is provided for covering a medium plate (1) and several independent antenna array units (5). A graphene layer (2) is laminated on the medium plate, and there is a certain gap between the graphene layer and the independent antenna array unit. The graphene layer is connected to an external DC bias voltage. The graphene layer that is formed on a silicon dioxide substrate (3) and a monocrystalline silicon substrate (4) are covered on the medium plate. USE - Loading graphene decoupling network micro-strip array antenna. ADVANTAGE - The electromagnetic coupling between radiation patch micro-strip array antennas is effectively reduced to realize the compact structure of the array antenna.
