NOVELTY - The production method of graphene involves using graphite as raw material, carrying out oxidation using concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide, subjecting graphite oxide solution to ultrasonic treatment to obtain oxidized graphene suspension, precipitating graphene suspension, removing supernatant, obtaining neutralized graphene hydrogel solution, the graphite is natural flake graphite, artificial graphite powder or expanded graphite, mixing neutral graphene hydrogel solution with potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide, filtering, washing with water, drying and cooling. USE - Environmentally-friendly and energy-saving production method of graphene used in super capacitor, lithium ion battery and electric conduction filling material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of graphene by simple, environmentally-friendly, energy-saving and safe process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An environmentally-friendly and energy-saving graphene production method involves (1) using graphite as raw material, carrying out oxidation using concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide, the graphite oxide solution has concentration of 6-10 mg/ml, subjecting the graphite oxide solution to ultrasonic treatment to obtain oxidized graphene suspension, precipitating the graphene suspension, removing supernatant, obtaining neutralized graphene hydrogel solution by washing the precipitate to neutrality, the graphite is natural flake graphite, artificial graphite powder or expanded graphite, the graphite has particle diameter of 1-200 mu m, (2) mixing the neutral graphene hydrogel solution with potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide, filtering, discarding the filtrate, washing with water, drying, obtaining dry powder, (3) drying in vacuum environment or inert gas environment at 600-800 degrees C for 40-80 minutes and cooling to room temperature.
