NOVELTY - Preparing conductive dry-process acrylic fiber as-spun yarn, comprises (i) dry-process acrylic fiber primary yarn pretreatment, using an alkaline solution to pretreat as-spun acrylic fiber, having porosity of 20-30% by volume, (ii) grinding graphene into graphene powder, so that graphene is loaded onto acrylic as-spun silk, (iii) adding graphene powder pretreated to aqueous dispersion containing polyethylene glycol, mixed using dispersion device, and prepared into graphene dispersion, (iv) passing acrylic fiber spun yarn after pretreatment through bath containing graphene dispersion in step (iii), and passing acrylic fiber spun fiber through loaded graphene onto surface of as-spun acrylic fiber and small pores formed on surface during bath, and (v) graphene curing treatment by passing acrylic spun yarn loaded with graphene through bath containing curing agent solution, and thoroughly loading graphene on surface of acrylic spun silk stably. USE - The method is useful for preparing conductive dry-process acrylic fiber as-spun yarn. ADVANTAGE - The conductive dry-process acrylic fiber has good spinnability and conductivity, and the manufacturing process is simple, which saves production time and cost and is easy for industrialized production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: conductive dry-process acrylic fiber spun yarn prepared by above-mentioned method; Preparing conductive dry-process acrylic fiber comprising the arbitrary the conductive dry-process acrylic fiber spun yarn, and after the step (v) of the preparation method of the arbitrary the conductive dry-laid acrylic fiber as-spun yarn, also carrying out step (vi), preparing conductive dry-laid acrylic fiber obtained by step (v) through a subsequent process to obtain the conductive dry-laid acrylic fiber, and the subsequent process includes drawing, crimping, and oiling; conductive dry-process acrylic fiber prepared by the preparation method of conductive dry-process acrylic fiber.
