NOVELTY - Composite conductive fiber comprise a conductive wire core and a protective layer, where the raw materials of the conductive wire core comprise cotton fiber, high elastic polymer and graphene fiber. The raw materials of the protective layer comprise graphene powder, acetone, water repellent, polyethylene terephthalate, polyaniline and metal salts. USE - The composite conductive fiber is used in electronic instruments, communication equipment, computers, medical equipment, communication and navigation, equipment controllers, household appliances and various electronic products. ADVANTAGE - The composite conductive fiber is simple in preparation and cost-effective, has excellent anti-static effect, corrosion resistance and washing resistance, is comfortable to wear, and effectively eliminates the harm caused by static electricity to petrochemical industry, coal mining, electronic instruments and weapons and equipment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the composite conductive fiber, comprising (a) first extruding and granulating cotton fiber, high-elastic polymer and graphene fiber at high temperature, and using a single-screw spinning machine to spin to obtain a conductive wire core, (b) placing the graphene powder, acetone, water repellent, polyethylene terephthalate, polyaniline and metal salt in a stirring kettle, and fully mixing to obtain the protective layer base material, and (c) uniformly spraying the protective layer base material on the conductive wire core, air drying, recovering acetone, after completion, performing heat treatment for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 150-230degrees Celsius to obtain the product.
