The spinning solution is prepared by (A1) dissolving cyanuric chloride in acetone, adding e.g. triethylamine, reacting, adding dimethylamino ethanol, and heat-reacting to obtain intermediate (M1), mixing with e.g. bromododecane, and reacting to obtain intermediate (M2), (A2) mixing with e.g. ethylene glycol to obtain intermediate (M3), mixing with e.g. 5-bromo-isophthalic acid, and heat-reacting to obtain copolyester, and (A3) dissolving in xylene, adding magnesium powder and iodine, reacting, cooling, adding trimethyl borate, heat-stirring, adding ethyl acetate, layering, washing the organic phase, distilling, dissolving substrate in xylene, adding antibacterial particles, and stirring. USE - Antibacterial non-woven fabric for preparing protective clothes e.g. medical protective clothing. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial non-woven fabric uses spinning solution is composed of copolyester and trimethyl borate reaction, so that the copolyester side chain to form boric acid group, and mixing with antibacterial particles to obtain copolyester side chain containing large amount of quaternary ammonium salt structure has a certain antibacterial effect. The mesoporous titanium dioxide in the antibacterial particles contains large amount of pores, so that the specific surface area of the antibacterial particles is increased, the contact area between the particles and bacteria is increased, and the doped K can improve the specific surface of the titanium dioxide so as to improve the antibacterial particles to the adsorption capacity of the bacteria, S can improve the absorption of the visible titanium dioxide, so as to improve the light catalytic activity of the titanium dioxide, it is used with graphene, it can destroy the integrity of the bacterial cell membrane, the cell liquid is caused to flow out of death, and still has excellent antibacterial effect in the environment with bad light.
