The screen coating comprises a wear-resistant layer, a protective layer (11), a flexible stretch film (12), a metal layer (13), a protective transition layer (14), a screen substrate layer, and an anti-vibration layer. USE - Used as metal screen coating with high gain and large scattering angle. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent sound transmission effect, high overall strength, excellent wear resistance, strong anti-amplitude ability and excellent imaging effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the metal screen coating, comprising (a) punching the screen substrate layer by the punching device to generate the first screen, and hot-pressing the polyurethane elastomer on the bottom of the screen substrate layer using a hot-pressing molding machine to generate the second screen, (b) spraying the mixed solution of acrylic resin and polyvinyl chloride resin on the second screen by the spraying device, generating the third screen after drying, spraying film-forming resin, pigment, light diffusing agent, curing agent, filler, antifoaming agent, antioxidant, diluent, and leveling agent mixture on the third screen by the spraying device, drying, obtaining the fourth screen, and bonding the flexible stretch film 12 to the fourth screen to obtain the fifth screen, and (c) utilizing spraying device to spray acrylic resin on the fifth screen, drying, obtaining the sixth screen, spraying the epoxy resin, the silane coupling agent and the alumina mixture on the sixth screen, and obtaining the finished metal screen after drying.
