▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Coplanar waveguide fed slotted antenna 100 comprises a rectangular shape patch 102 with an image slot 104, and a coplanar waveguide (CPW) feed is used for excitation of the patch with antenna mounted on a ground plane 106. A silicon nitride substrate that has a dielectric constant of 5.6, loss tangent of 0.0028, and thickness of 100μm is used to incur the losses of copper at the terahertz regime. USE - Coplanar waveguide fed slotted antenna for terahertz applications, health monitoring systems, nuclear, biological, and chemical defenses, internet of nano-things, and ultra-high-speed on-chip communication. ADVANTAGE - The CPW fed slotted antenna is a miniaturized and frequency reconfigurable on-chip coplanar waveguide nanoantenna using three layers (that issilicon nitride-copper-Graphene) of fabrication methods for Terahertz (THz) applications. The coplanar waveguide fed slotted antenna achieves a high performance towards return loss, directivity, gain, axial ratio, and radiation characteristics at the terahertz regime. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows schematic view of coplanar waveguide fed slotted antenna. 100Coplanar waveguide fed slotted antenna 102Rectangular shape patch 104Image slot
