▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Seawater-resistant anticorrosion coating comprises taking 60-90 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-15 pts. wt. silane functionalized composite material, 10-20 pts. wt. silane-functionalized copper, samarium and nickel co-doped carbon nitride and boron nitride nanosheet composite material, 5-25 pts. wt. silane-functionalized mica scale and basalt scale composite material, 5-15 pts. wt. filler, 10-20 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, and 25-35 pts. wt. water. The preparation of silane-functionalized composite material comprises (i) dissolving graphene oxide, molybdenum source, copper source, zinc source and thiourea in deionized water, and stirring uniformly to obtain a mixed solution; carrying out hydrothermal reaction, washing and drying to obtain product A; and (ii) dispersing product A, silicon nitride nanosheets and silane coupling agent in deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing, reacting, centrifuging, washing, and drying. USE - The seawater-resistant anticorrosive paint is useful in corrosion protection field in the marine environment. ADVANTAGE - The seawater-resistant anticorrosive paint has excellent antibacterial performance, adhesion, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance and salt resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of modified anticorrosive paint. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows an antibacterial performance test result of Example 1-3 and Comparative Example 1-2. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
