NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-coated carbon black involves modifying carbon black with dispersant to obtain modified carbon black, mixing graphene oxide and modified carbon black in solvent, and post-processing to obtain graphene oxide coated modified carbon black. The dispersant is one or more of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, APS, DL-602, and sodium lauryl sulfate. The obtained graphene oxide coated modified carbon black is reduced with reducing agent, and post-processed to obtain graphene coated carbon black. The obtained graphene-coated carbon black is mixed with matrix masterbatch to obtain antistatic black masterbatch after granulation. USE - Method for preparing graphene-coated carbon black for preparing antistatic black masterbatch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-coated carbon black that improves the dispersibility, color uniformity and antistatic properties of carbon black in the matrix material.
