NOVELTY - A graphene/ poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate mixed solution preparation method involves mixing graphene powder and aqueous surfactant in deionized water and subjected to ultrasonic dispersion to obtain graphene dispersion liquid, centrifuging and supernating the graphene dispersion liquid to obtain graphene solution. The obtained graphene solution is diluted in poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate, followed by dispersing uniformly the diluted solution to obtain graphene/ poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate mixed solution. USE - Method for preparing graphene/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate mixed solution. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate mixed solution with wide material source, low production cost, wet coating process, high efficiency, high conductivity, light transmittance, high machine performance, high flexibility and wide application potential device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/ poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate mixed solution preparation method involves taking mass ratio of graphene powder, aqueous surfactant and deionized water is 1: 50-500: 150-10000, mixing the graphene powder and the aqueous surfactant in the deionized water and subjected to ultrasonic dispersion to obtain graphene dispersion liquid, centrifuging and supernating the graphene dispersion liquid to obtain graphene solution. The obtained graphene solution is diluted in 1: 100-100: 1 mass ratio of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate, followed by dispersing uniformly the diluted solution after ultrasonic process to obtain graphene/ poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate mixed solution. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing graphene/ poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate composite transparent electric conduction film using graphene/ poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate mixed solution.
