▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Ethylene tetrafluoroethylene film is claimed. The film is made of ethylene tetrafluoroethylene and functional additive, processing temperature is 190-210 degrees C, ratio between ethylene tetrafluoroethylene and functional additive is 1:10-20, the melt index of ethylene tetrafluoroethylene is 20-25, functional additive is conventional fluoroplastic additive, conventional engineering additive and/or graphene. USE - Used as ethylene tetrafluoroethylene film. ADVANTAGE - The film has high heat radiation rate, high thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance, while cooling with self cleaning, excellent acid and alkali resistance, strong insulation; and has strong practical value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of ethylene tetrafluoroethylene film comprising (i) adding graphene into ethylene tetrafluoroethylene and functional additive, stirring and mixing, (ii) granulating the mixture obtained in step (i) to obtain particles is on the order of microns, (iii) adding particles obtained in step (ii) into thin film manufacturing equipment through high temperature melting, extruding into a film of a predetermined thickness, testing, cooling, rewinding and re-testing steps to obtain final product.
