NOVELTY - A wear resistant nanolubricant comprises base oil, ferric oxide/titanium dioxide nanotube composite particles, graphene oxide, cyclopropane fatty acid, heterocyclic amino acid, molybdenum dibutyl dithiocarbamate, n-octanol, oleic acid, silicone sulfosuccinate, sodium hexametaphosphate, aluminum tripolyphosphate, petroleum sulfonate and Tween 20 (RTM: polyethylene glycol-20 sorbitan monolaurate). USE - Wear resistant nanolubricating oil. ADVANTAGE - The wear resistant nanolubricating oil has maximum load of more than 490 N, wear spot diameter of less than 0.30 mm, surface tension of less than 3.25x 104 N/cm, excellent lubricating properties, excellent wear resistance and high adsorption properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Wear resistant nanolubricant comprises 30-60 pts. wt. base oil, 15-30 pts. wt. ferric oxide/titanium dioxide nanotube composite particles, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-16 pts. wt. cyclopropane fatty acid, 8-15 pts. wt. heterocyclic amino acid, 6-13 pts. wt. molybdenum dibutyl dithiocarbamate, 5-10 pts. wt. n-octanol, 8-15 pts. wt. oleic acid, 10-18 pts. wt. silicone sulfosuccinate, 7-13 pts. wt. sodium hexametaphosphate, 8-14 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, 9-15 pts. wt. petroleum sulfonate and 9-16 pts. wt. Tween 20 (RTM: polyethylene glycol-20 sorbitan monolaurate). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of wear resistant nanolubricating oil, which involves (1) adding base oil and ferric oxide/titanium dioxide nanotube composite particles to ball mill, mixing uniformly, ultrasonically dispersing for 30-40 minutes with an ultrasonic machine to obtain mixture (A), (2) adding graphene oxide, cyclopropane fatty acid, heterocyclic amino acid, molybdenum dibutyl dithiocarbamate, n-octanol, oleic acid, polysiloxane sulfosuccinate, hexamethylene sodium phosphate, aluminum tripolyphosphate, sodium petroleum sulfonate and Tween 20 (RTM: polyethylene glycol-20 sorbitan monolaurate), mixing, stirring at 150-200 degrees C for 30 minutes, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-30 minutes to obtain mixture (B), (3) mixing mixture (A) and mixture (B), heating at 180-200 degrees C, and compressing to obtain final product.
