The 1st film comprises metal oxide, where the 2nd film comprises organic material and inorganic material. The 2nd film is in contact with a 2nd region of the 1st particle, where graphene partially surrounds the 1st particle. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) power storage device (D1) comprising positive electrode, electrolyte, and negative electrode which has current collector, active material layer comprising 1st particle of active material, 2nd particle of active material, 1st film comprising inner surface on 1st region of 1st particle, 2nd film on 1st film at the 1st region of 1st particle, and graphene, where 1st film comprises metal oxide, 2nd film comprises organic material and inorganic material, 2nd film is in contact with 2nd region of 1st particle, and graphene partially surrounds the 2nd particle; and (2) power storage device (D2) comprising positive electrode, electrolyte, and negative electrode which has current collector, active material layer comprising 1st particle of active material, 2nd particle of active material, 1st film comprising inner surface on 1st region of 1st particle, 2nd film on 1st film at the 1st region of 1st particle, and graphene, where 1st film comprises metal oxide, 2nd film comprises organic material and inorganic material, 2nd film is in contact with 2nd region of 1st particle, and graphene covers the 1st particle and the 2nd particle.
