NOVELTY - A heat-resistant cable sheath material comprises natural rubber, polyvinyl chloride, epoxidized natural rubber, zinc oxide, stearic acid, sulfur, dicumyl peroxide, graphene, white carbon black, nano-calcium carbonate, montmorillonite, nano-silica, polytetrafluoroethylene, zinc stearate, whisker, accelerator, poly-3-hydroxybutyrate 4-hydroxybutyrate, epoxy soybean oil, antioxidant and gamma -glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane. USE - Heat-resistant cable sheath material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heat-resistant cable sheath material has high strength, excellent anti-aging property and impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A heat-resistant cable sheath material comprises 50-80 pts. wt. natural rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 3-20 pts. wt. epoxidized natural rubber, 2-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.2-1.5 pts. wt. sulfur, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene, 3-15 pts. wt. white carbon black, 3-15 pts. wt. nano-calcium carbonate, 3-10 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 3-10 pts. wt. nano-silica, 3-10 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 0.5-2 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 2-5 pts. wt. whisker, 2-3.5 pts. wt. accelerator, 2-8 pts. wt. poly-3-hydroxybutyrate 4-hydroxybutyrate, 1-5 pts. wt. epoxy soybean oil, 2-5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 2-5 pts. wt. gamma -glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane.
